I am experiencing extreme discomfort as a result of new glasses being incorrectly made. The optician dealing with this problem was exceedingly understanding and anxious to find a solution to what was proving to be a tricky problem. I was very impressed with her approach.

This was the first time,I'd ever used Boots as an opticians service,but basing what I experienced on these two visits,if ever I need to return for anything concerning my eyes I will have no hesitation in doing so! I was impressed by the service,information and expertise of all the staff there and would recommend this establishment to anyone I felt needed that sort of help! A credit to Boots' already good name!

All staff were very friendly & helpful, the optometrist took the time to explain in detail everything she was doing during my check up & gave good advice as to what contact lenses were suited to me.
